Welcoming and friendly hosts made us feel at home.

The parking situation was a nightmare, as spaces were scarce during my stay. my room was in need of refurbishment, which was quite disappointing. The constant street traffic noise outside made it hard to relax in the evenings.

Staying here was an absolute treat! The room we had was a stylish Deluxe King Room, and breakfast was a highlight, with loads of delicious options to choose from. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for us to explore attractions like the Ambleside Roman Fort and Stock Ghyll Force, all just a short walk away. We especially loved the personal touches from the hosts which made our stay feel special.

Megan and John made every moment delightful with their warm hospitality. The breakfast was simply extraordinary, bursting with local flavors and choices. A quick stroll led us to shops and eateries, and the added free parking pass was a sweet bonus. Can't forget Mia the dog, who brought even more joy!

My room was a comfortable size and beautifully decorated, allowing for a tranquil atmosphere. The ensuite was also spacious, with a powerful hot shower that provided a refreshing start to each day. Breakfast offered a generous variety, and I particularly appreciated the vegan options. The room's mountain view added to the serenity of my stay, making it a memorable experience.

Super comfy stay!

We really loved our time here! The room was super cozy and had a nice vibe—totally our style. Breakfast was just fabulous too, with so many choices, including awesome vegan options! The only bummer was some noise from outside, but it wasn't too bad. John and Meg were really helpful, making our stay extra special.
